Your reservation is paid in full at the time of booking, so everything is taken care of before you arrive.

💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If something unexpected comes up, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to help.
All reservations are considered final sales and are non-refundable. If an unexpected or uncontrollable event prevents you from keeping your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
Every reservation is prepared specifically for your arrival, including bike preparation, scheduling, and delivery planning. This policy helps us continue providing reliable service to every guest.

We make receiving and returning your bikes as easy as possible.

⏰ Delivery & Pickup Window
During Hilton Head's busy seasons, traffic can be unpredictable.
To help ensure a smooth experience, we ask customers to allow a 20-minute delivery and pickup window around their scheduled reservation time.
This flexibility helps us stay on schedule while serving customers across the island.
⏰ Returning Your Bikes
If your bikes are scheduled for pickup, there's nothing you need to do except enjoy your vacation—we'll come to you.
If your reservation requires the bikes to be returned instead of picked up, we ask that they be returned at the agreed-upon time.
Late Return Policy
A $25 late fee per bicycle will be charged if a bike is returned more than 2 hours after its scheduled return time, unless other arrangements have been made with Ocean View in advance.
If your plans change, simply give us a call. We'll always do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Every bike is safety checked before delivery.
🌦 Rain Policy
Hilton Head weather can change quickly.
Reservations are not refunded because of rain, so we encourage guests to check the forecast before booking.
🚴 Bike Care
Every bike is professionally inspected before delivery.
Before riding, we encourage you to perform a quick visual inspection.
If anything doesn't meet your expectations,
call us immediately.
We'll happily exchange your bike whenever possible so your vacation isn't interrupted.
⚠ Damage Policy
Normal riding is expected.
If a bicycle is lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear,
the replacement fee is
$300 per bicycle.
⏰ Late Returns
Good news.
There are no late fees.

✍ Rental Waiver
Every reservation includes a rental waiver that must be completed before riding.
This helps protect both you and Ocean View while ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
