Delivery & Pickup Information
We'll Bring the Adventure to You
One of the best parts of renting with Ocean View Bike Rentals is that there's no need to pick up your bicycles. We'll deliver them directly to your hotel, resort, vacation rental, or residence anywhere on Hilton Head Island—and when your adventure is over, we'll return to pick them up.
🚚 Delivery
We proudly deliver throughout Hilton Head Island.
To help ensure a smooth arrival during busy traffic periods, we ask customers to allow a 20-minute delivery window around their scheduled delivery time.
Our team will coordinate with you to make delivery as convenient as possible.

🚲 Pickup
When your rental period is complete, we'll return to pick up your bicycles from the same location unless alternate arrangements have been made.
There's no need to transport the bikes yourself—we'll take care of everything.
⏰ Pickup Window
Please have all bicycles available at your scheduled pickup time.
If your plans change, simply contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
If bicycles are unavailable more than 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time and alternate arrangements have not been made, a $25 late pickup fee per bicycle may apply.
