Refunds

All reservations are considered final sales and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Exception

If an unexpected or uncontrollable event prevents you from keeping your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
