Thank you for choosing Ocean View Bike Rentals. Our goal is to make your Hilton Head vacation simple, enjoyable, and stress-free from the moment you reserve until your bikes are picked up.
We believe the best vacation experiences begin with clear communication. These terms are designed to answer common questions before your adventure begins, so you can ride with confidence.
🚲 Reservations
Reservations become confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed.
All reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
💳 Payments
We accept:
Major credit cards
Major debit cards
Cash (when applicable)
Prepaid debit cards are not accepted.
🚚 Delivery & Pickup
We proudly deliver throughout Hilton Head Island.
To help ensure timely service during busy travel periods, we ask customers to allow a 20-minute arrival window for scheduled deliveries and pickups.
🛡 Rental Waiver
For the safety of all riders, every reservation requires a completed Rental Waiver before bicycles are delivered or picked up.
🚲 Equipment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period.
Please treat every bicycle as if it were your own.
If a bicycle is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, repair or replacement charges may apply.
The replacement charge for an unreturned or severely damaged bicycle is up to $300 per bike.
⏰ Rental Period
Bicycles should be available for pickup at the scheduled time.
If plans change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make new arrangements.
If bicycles are unavailable for pickup more than 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time without prior arrangements, a $25 late pickup fee per bicycle may apply.
🌧 Weather
Hilton Head weather can change quickly.
Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing your reservation.

Customers agree to operate rental equipment responsibly and follow all local traffic laws, bicycle regulations, and safety recommendations while enjoying Hilton Head Island.
