Reservations
Reservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Rental Agreement
Every rental requires acceptance of our Rental Waiver before bicycles are delivered or picked up.
Rental Period
Customers are responsible for returning bikes at the scheduled time or making arrangements if additional rental time is needed.
Equipment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period.
Damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.
